第十三届亚洲临床药学大会参会纪要

第十三届亚洲临床药学大会（The 13th Asian Conference on ClinicalPharmacy，ACCP）于2013年9月12日至15日在越南海防市举行（http://www.accp2013.org/accp123）。本次大会由越南药学会、越南卫生部和海防医科大学联合主办，主题为“临床药师与患者关怀：机遇与挑战（The Clinical Pharmacist andPatient Care: Opportunities and Challenges）”。与会代表来自亚洲各国及美国、加拿大、法国等国家，其中印度代表首次参加本会。参会人员除临床药师外，还有从事临床药学教育和研究的专家学者、药学协会与政府的相关管理人员。

大会由越南海防医科大学药学院Nguyen VanHung教授代表主办方与本届ACCP主席Yolanda R.Robles教授致开幕词，并特邀美国爱荷华大学Barry L. Carter教授、美国临床药学学会（American College of Clinical Pharmacy）执行理事Michael S. Maddux教授分别作了题为“Team-based Care to Implement Evidence-based Guidelines: Strategiesto Improve Patient Outcomes”与“Getting the Medicines Right—How ClinicalPharmacy Will Contribute to the Future Health Care Team”的专题演讲，分享了美国临床药学实践经验，也为本次大会拉开了序幕。

为期一天的会前会和四天的正式会议，以临床药学实践、科研和教学为主线，内容涵盖了临床药学各个相关领域，大会以特邀演讲、专题报告、分会场讨论、午餐会及壁报等多样化的形式为参会代表提供了国际对话沟通的机会。会议就临床药学概念与意义、用药安全、临床药师的能力、癌症管理、基于团队的患者关怀、临床药学教育实践与科研、以患者为中心的药学服务、临床药学的多学科协作及临床药学发展趋势等方面进行报告与讨论。

中国药学会医院药学专业委员会主任委员、北京协和医院朱珠教授率领的中国医院药师代表团，由来自全国不同省市的30余位药师组成。中国药师代表团在本次会议共承担大会主持2名、大会报告1例、专题讨论会报告3例、口头报告主持2名；据不完全统计，还有来自北京和睦家医院、浙江省邵逸夫医院、广东省人民医院等自发投稿和参会的中国药师，合计口头报告10例及壁报交流29例，荣获本次大会学术交流最多的团队（见附表）。这充分体现了我国临床药学的蓬勃发展，也展示了我国临床药师的学术风采。我国与会代表在会议中全程认真听取报告，积极参加讨论、提问与交流。积极思考充分交流的精神面貌，也给他国代表留下了难忘印象。大会晚宴上，中国代表团身着印有中国符号----京剧图案的T恤衫，合唱歌曲“最炫民族风”博得了阵阵热烈的掌声。此外中国药师代表还受邀参加新加坡、我国香港代表团的演唱，不但体现了我国药师的多才多艺，还体现了其热情大方、兼容并蓄的性格魅力。

作为ACCP秘书长，朱珠教授主持了会前的理事会，与各国理事们一起回顾了亚洲临床药学大会对亚洲临床药学发展的促进作用，总结了历届亚洲临床药学大会的办会经验及相关注意事项，并请2014年的承办方马来西亚代表介绍筹备情况。大会闭幕式上，2012年的候任主席、我国知名药学专家袁锁中教授当选为2014年ACCP主席，标志着我国临床药学在亚洲已具重要地位，也为我国临床药学发展带来了新的契机与资源。

中国药学会医院药学专业委员会自承办1999年第二届亚洲临床药学大会起，至今已连续参会12次，参会交流的队伍越来越壮大，锻炼和造就了一大批优秀的中青年临床药师。
