1.5%GS250ml+洛美沙星注射液0.2g， ivgtt qd；
2.奥硝唑注射液 200ml ivgtt qd；
3.硝呋太尔片 0.2g po Tid；
4.甲硝唑栓 0.5g us ext qd。

四联抗菌素是否合理？有无重复用药？

潜在耐药菌的产生

（1）    进行细菌耐药性监测，加强病原检查，严格掌握用药的适应症。

（2）    尽量避免不合理的预防用药和局部用药。

（3）    保护新药。细菌产生耐药的速度要比新药开发的速度快得多，新药的研制开发十分艰巨，需耗费巨大的财力、人力、物力和长达数年的时间。保护新药延长它们的使命是我们的责任。滥用新药不但缩短药物使用周期，还可造成对众多耐药菌束手无策的严重局面。因此，按病情阶段性给药，不急于跨代用药是保护后备新药的重要措施。

（4）    严格执行消毒隔离制度，防止耐药菌的交叉感染。

单从用药品种看，基本对症。
1.5%GS250ml+洛美沙星注射液0.2g， ivgtt qd；
2.奥硝唑注射液 200ml ivgtt qd；
两组液体针对盆腔炎，但对阴道炎同样有作用！
3.硝呋太尔片 0.2g po Tid；
4.甲硝唑栓 0.5g us ext qd。
两药针对阴道炎，但对盆腔炎也有一定作用！
主要还是抗菌药物应用尺度的问题！得从患者病情谈起，患者之前是否用过抗菌药物，疗效如何？这次感染的程度如何？相关检查数据是否可以提供一下。
个人认为常规性的治疗前面两组药物就可以了。
1.没必要用硝呋太尔片，原因如下：Nifuratel (Magmilor) was compared with metronidazole (Flagyl) in the treatment of trichomonal vaginitis by a randomized double-blind trial. Only 18 out of 47 patients (38%) treated with nifuratel were found to be cured, whereas 42 out of 49 patients (85%) treated with metronidazole were cured. Severe reactions, necessitating withdrawal of treatment, occurred in three patients treated with nifuratel. There were no serious side-effects with metronidazole. The results of this trial indicate that nifuratel is not a satisfactory substitute for metronidazole in the treatment of trichomoniasis。
2.至于甲硝唑栓，个人保留意见。一方面与奥硝唑存在重复用药的嫌疑，另一方面他治疗滴虫性阴道炎还是具有独特效用的！

也许临床确实有效，但抗菌药4联总是不符合规定，尽量避免吧。2联的疗效不一定就比4联差！个人建议保留栓剂。

慢性盆腔炎，不需要用那么多抗生素吧，可以理疗吗。
