Long acting beta agonist inhaler is still superior than corticosteroids inhaler.
For the COPD exacerbation, the oral corticosteroids and Deoneb are the foundation of treatments. Antibiotics is not empiric. Not every COPD exacerbation patient needs to be treated by azithromycin, unless the pt meets the criteria.
