脑梗塞多数在夜晚，而脑出血多在白天，还是比较好区分的。

你这样太武断了吧？脑梗和脑出血在症状和基础疾病等多个方面都有一定的区别，但是好像除了影像学，其他的特异性都不高。

I don't think aspirin is contraindicated to asthma
aspirin low dose 81 mg is used commonly for secondary cardiovascular prevention. 325 mg is recommended for acute MI.
The evidence of its BP lowering effect is weak and should not use aspirin to control high BP.
