适应症：Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)
Seretide is indicated for the symptomatic treatment of patients with COPD with a FEV1 <60% predicted normal (pre-bronchodilator) and a history of repeated exacerbations, who have significant symptoms despite regular bronchodilator therapy.
用法用量：Adults:
One inhalation of 50 micrograms salmeterol and 500 micrograms fluticasone propionate twice daily.

舒利迭好像有两种，一种是沙美特罗/丙酸氟替卡松气雾剂（25g/50g、25g/125g、50g/250g），一种是沙美特罗/丙酸氟替卡松粉吸入剂（50μg/100μg、50μg/250μg、50μg/500μg），两种的商品名均相同。

1.沙美特罗/丙酸氟替卡松气雾剂：（说明书上的适应症只是哮喘患者）
推荐剂量：成人和12岁及12岁以上的青少年：
每次两揿（每2揿5 g沙美特罗和50 g丙酸氟替卡松），每日两次。或
每次两揿（每揿25 g沙美特罗和125 g丙酸氟替卡松），每日两次。或
每次两揿（每揿25 g沙美特罗和250 g丙酸氟替卡松），每日两次。

2.沙美特罗/丙酸氟替卡松粉吸入剂：50μg/500μg（COPD：在中国的临床试验中成人是使用该种规格的；哮喘：50/250μg ）
慢性阻塞性肺疾病：
成人：
根据病情的严重程度，在医生的指导下使用，每次1吸，每日2次。
特殊患者群体：
老年人或肾损害的患者无需调整剂量。尚无肝脏损害患者使用舒利迭的资料。
