版主小夯，真名王大力，男，1984年药学中专毕业后一直从事医院药学工作，工作期间先后读了大专、本科。小夯版主目前是浙江省湖州市中心医院药剂科副主任、副主任药师，负责临床药学、制剂和中药，平时除了行政工作外也常到临床参与临床药学工作。

小夯版主经历丰富：84-90年在药房工作，90-99年负责制剂室，90-2001年负责临床药学工作，2001-2004年下派区医院做行政后勤副院长。同时，他还兼管了本地区药学会的的一些事情，经常有机会参加各地药学相关的活动。也负责所在地区的住院医师、全科医师的临床药理学教育培训工作，并多次被邀请到本市的各家医院做专题报告，讲解处方管理办法及抗菌药物合理使用等相关内容。

小夯版主观点：临床药学是医院药学的未来所在。

读后感：
