Dacarbazine Powder for Solution for Injection 100 mg vials should be reconstituted with 9.9 ml of Water for Injections BP. The resulting solution contains the equivalent of 10 mg/ml of dacarbazine and has a pH of 3 to 4. The resultant solution is hypo-osmolar and therefore should be given by slow intravenous injection over one to two minutes.

If desired, the reconstituted solution can be further diluted with 125 - 250 ml of Dextrose Injection 5% or Sodium Chloride Injection 0.9% and administered by intravenous infusion over 15 - 30 minutes. During administration, the infusion set should be protected from exposure to daylight e.g. by using light-resistant PVC infusion sets. If normal infusion sets are used, then these should be covered to protect from light.

仔细看了下网上的各种资料，感觉那句话是个误传。原意应当是

“用生理盐水10~15ml溶解后，立即静脉缓慢推注。为减少对血管的刺激，亦可用5%葡萄糖注射液100-250ml稀释后，在15-30分钟内快速滴完。”

我的理解是，本来是生理盐水稀释后直接静推。如果再用葡萄糖稀释静滴可以减小浓度从而减少刺激。

以上纯属猜测。

感觉中文说明书都有歧义，1楼的意思是生理盐水初溶，糖水进一步稀释，2楼的是糖水盐水都可以；但是英文的描述为“further diluted”，也就是有一个用注射用水初溶的过程，然后可以进一步稀释，糖水盐水都可以。
我感觉要求初溶的药物都不现实，实际工作中我没见过护士会先初溶，配置中心的药师估计也不会这么做。
