药物相互作用网络查询介绍
随着医药学不断发展，联合用药已越来越普遍，如果联合用药恰当合理，对病人是有益的。然而，目前也存在伍用药物失当，出现不良后果或引起药源性疾病甚至致命的可能。为使全院医护人员更好的了解药物相互作用，更加合理用药。现在介绍两个网站以便查询。

这个网站有 A-Z drug list栏目载有24,000种药物及制剂,可查询任意一种药物.有Drugs by Condition 栏目.可输入任一疾病或症状查找该用什么药.有Interactions Checker (相互作用查询) 栏目。在这输入多种药物可查相互作用.
2.1输入网址http://www.drugs.com/打开网页
2.2点击Interactions Checker 栏目后显示
•        Drug Interactions Checker
•        A drug interaction occurs when the effect of a particular drug is altered when it is taken with another drug, or with food
•        The Drug Interactions Checker explains the mechanism of each drug interaction, the level of significance of the interaction (major, moderate or minor), and in certain cases, can provide the recommended course of action to manage the interaction. The Drug Interactions Checker will also display any interaction between your chosen drug(s) and food.
•        In order to proceed to the Drug Interactions Checker, you must read and agree to the following terms.
2.3点击在协议条款框下iagree按钮
点iagree后显示如下

2.3在对话框内输入第一个药物名称（如adrenalin）后,点击Select按钮或点击该药名.
•        点击Select按钮或点击该药名后系统会自动保存药名目录并重新显示新对话框,在新对话框内添加另种药名（如chlorpromazin），输入中系统会在选择框中智能地出现与你输入类似的多种药名,在出现的框内击想要选择的药名后该药就又保存在你选择的目录中(重复操作还可以再添加多种药物)
2.4把想要检查的药名添完后点击check interactions按钮
点击check interactions按钮后显示

2.6药物的相互作用按不同程度分为Major Interactions（Major Drug-Drug)
Moderate Interactions(Moderate Drug-Drug)
Minor Interactions(Minor Drug-Drug)三种。对于主要的严重的相互作用，应避免。对于中等程度的相互作用要关注和慎重使用。对于较小较弱的相互作用可忽略。
